City of Richland to review Downtown Connectivity Study at open house, Jan. 23

The study was conducted to help make downtown and the waterfront district better for walking and bicycling and explores options like turning G-Way and Jadwin into one-way streets. The study is a part of a greater effort—including studies and documents like the waterfront development guide—to improve Richland’s Central Business District.
