🔥 What drives Jessica

I get fired up about creating something new. This has looked like dreaming up many business ideas throughout my early years, zero of which amounted to anything until Empowered Health. I can spend hours dreaming about a concept, determining next steps and then creating a budget to put it into motion. In fact, my husband and I spend many Saturday mornings with coffee and budgets (is budgeting a love language?). In addition to my own ventures, I love helping someone dream about their own ideas and figure out logical steps forward (schedule lunch if this is you!). And I can’t leave out that there is nothing better than helping someone realize health, which is not simply the absence of disease. When a patient tells me “I didn’t know it was possible to feel this good” my heart soars and I have energy for the rest of the week.

“We need access to less expensive, high quality food. This includes organic public gardens, an increase in health food stores, ongoing food co-ops and local restaurants sourcing organic, farm raised ingredients. I plan to supply education on why this is critical for our health through group visits at Empowered Health in 2020.”
