Richland city council candidate Lisa Rector Thomas accuses Benton County Prosecutor Andy Miller of inappropriate touching. Miller calls Thomas’ timing into question

After news broke of Thomas’s allegation, Miller responded on his Facebook page, posting screenshots of a text conversation between Thomas and himself on the night in question. Thomas responded to the Herald’s coverage of her allegation against Miller on her Facebook page, claiming that the Herald’s reporting wasn’t fair or honest.
