Bethel Church set to request Richland council to disallow apartments from property itโs planning to sell
Tomorrow evening the Richland Council will discuss Bethel Church's plans to sell a 10-acre plot of land near Keene for purposes of residential development.
Here is the proposal, presented courtesy of the City of Richland as a non-searchable PDF, which says Bethel Church will ask the Council to amend zoning for the land to multi-family but disallow all apartments.
