Pasco council workshop weighs increasing height restriction cap to 4 stories

Workshop also covered capital improvement plans, which includes a new community center, restoration of Peanuts Park, a new dog park, replacement animal shelter, and updates to Gesa Stadium, and enhanced wayfinding/signage. (Spoiler alert: more exclamation points.)

The council also discussed progress on City Hall updates, which may exceed allocated budget plus 20% contingency. City is looking to fund an additional $500,000 in enhancements.
